Feeling Good is an audio programme which combines relaxation with sports coaching to reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and improve sleep. Follow the steps below to access Feeling Good for free.

Click/Tap the link for Feeling Good
You’ll be taken to a page asking you to complete a couple of questions
Fill in the questions and click/tap ‘submit’ at the bottom of the page
You will then be given a username and password to use the Feeling Good app
You’ll now need to download the Feeling Good app onto your phone or tablet*
Once you’ve downloaded the app, enter the username and password generated earlier to use the app
*If you followed the above steps on your phone or tablet/iPad tap on one of the links beneath ‘Download the app from’ after your username and password were generated, to download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple app store.
*If you followed the above steps on your computer, visit the Play store or Apple store on your phone or tablet/iPad and search for ‘feeling good: positive mindset’ to download the app.
