In this session, Dr Sheila Ross and Dr Alastair Dobbin, from the Foundation for Positive Mental Health, discuss low mood – what it is, what may cause it, and some of things you can do which might help you alleviate it. They also give an overview of their app, Feeling Good, a twelve-track audio programme that combines relaxation with sports coaching to help you develop a positive mindset.
