What is the National Wellbeing Hub?

The National Wellbeing Hub was established in May 2020, with the aim of acting as a one-stop-shop, bringing together resources and information to help support the wellbeing of all those working within health and social care in Scotland during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, the hub has developed into a general wellbeing resource, providing information, guidance, and evidence-based resources on a variety of topics. We hope these give you not only psychological support, but also support for practical, everyday concerns, as well as a bit of reassurance that whatever you’re feeling is probably completely normal given the situation you’re finding yourself in.

We recognise that when you spend your day caring for others, it’s not always easy to find the time to look after yourself. Through the hub, we’ve tried to make it a little easier to for you to take care of yourself and your colleagues.

Welcome to the Hub. We hope you’ll find the support you’re looking for. To help us improve the site and make it relevant to you, please take a minute to answer a few quick questions. Thank you.
