At the end of October, the clocks went back – our annual reminder that Winter will shortly be upon us. It’s a day a lot of us will have looked forward to, misty-eyed at the prospect of getting an extra hour in bed.
The realty, however, can often be that we actually end up sleeping worse following the clock change due to the disruption it causes to our internal clocks.
