What can I do when I feel exhausted?

When you’re working flat out, it’s easy to lose sight of the things that will get you through this. So try to remember the basics: eat, drink, rest, and keep in touch with friends, family and colleagues. If your workplace has areas set aside where you can take a break, get something to eat and drink, and reconnect with colleagues, please use these, as it’s important you’re able to get both physical and emotional nourishment.
