‘Togetherness’ online learning

‘Togetherness’ online learning

Two new learning resources are available for free to anyone working within health, social care or social work in Scotland. These ‘Togetherness’ resources, developed by the NHS emotional health team, can help you develop skills to enhance your wellbeing and help you foster better relationships and connections with those close to you. We have included links below to two learning pathways which we think are useful.

Understanding your relationships

Understanding your own trauma

To access each of the pathways, follow the links provided. Scroll down until you see a box on the right-hand side of the screen headed ‘Access Code’. In the box provided, enter the code TARTAN (make sure it’s all in capitals), and click Apply code. It might take a minute for the code to be accepted, but once it is you should be taken to a page asking you to register. Once you’ve entered your details to create an account you’ll be able to work your way through the learning.
