Sleep and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

A lot of people struggle with low mood over the winter months. Some people struggle so severely they have what is known as Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). In this webinar, Dr Dimitri Gavriloff and Professor Colin Espie will help you understand the science behind SAD, looking at how SAD can affect our sleep routines and how you can manage your sleep during these times.

Dimitri is a Clinical Psychologist and Sleep Medicine Specialist, who works with adults and children with sleep disorders. He is a clinical course tutor on the Oxford Online Programme in Sleep Medicine and runs a non-respiratory sleep disorders service.

Colin is the Professor of Sleep Medicine at the University of Oxford where he is Director of the Experimental and Clinical Sleep Medicine research programme, and Clinical Director of the Sleep and Circadian Neurosciences Institute.
