RPS Pledge – An example of leading practice
The Royal Pharmaceutical Society’s ‘Pledge’ aims to support the pharmacy profession to be more inclusive, and to promote positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Committing to this will support the profession to deliver inclusive pharmacy professional practice and address health inequalities within the diverse communities they serve. The Pledge has been signed by NHS Boards’ Directors of Pharmacy. You can view the Pledge here.
