Darker Days: How to protect your sleep this winter

Mounting work pressures and the darker Winter days can conspire to challenge our sleep patterns. In this session, Dr Dimitri Gavriloff will focus on helping you overcome these challenges and take control of your sleep.

Dimitri is a Clinical Psychologist and Sleep Medicine Specialist who works with adults and children with sleep disorders. In addition, he is a Clinical Engagement Lead for Sleepio at Big Health.
