Quick Guide for Accessing Daylight

Daylight is a digital, science-backed anxiety improvement programme which can help you control feelings of worry and anxiety. Follow the steps below to access Daylight for free.

Click/tap on the link for Daylight

Either click/tap on ‘Discover your anxiety type’ and complete the questions before signing up, or just select ‘sign up’

Enter a postcode and click/tap ‘continue’

Select the sector you work in and hit ‘continue’

Create your account by entering your name, email address, and creating a password

Once you account has been created, you’ll be able to access the daylight programme by downloading the app onto your phone or tablet from either the Android or Apple app store

Once downloaded, enter the login details you created earlier to use
