Psychological resilience hub offers psychological first aid and signposting by phone or virtual appointment.
Available to: Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) staff based in Shetland

A self referral form can be completed and followed by offer of telephone or face to face virtual appointment. Cases are triaged and allocated according to level of need and case complexity, and managed by clinicians with the appropriate skill set.

Accommodation for staff members if they have someone in their household who is considered high risk, and the staff member needs accommodation at short notice after call out/late working or if required to self-isolate.
