Every year, Macmillan Cancer Support run their Sober October campaign, which aims to encourage people to give up alcohol for the month while raising a bit of money for charity along the way.

With this campaign in mind, we want to take this opportunity to highlight resources we have on the hub which are intended to help you cut down your alcohol intake if you feel you’re drinking too much.
