Do you struggle with worry, stress, and anxiety? If so, you’re not alone. Understanding the science behind what drives stress and anxiety is the first step to learning how to overcome it.
Dr Emma Warnock-Parkes will describe some of the causes of anxiety and provide practical, evidence-based tools and techniques to help you manage it. Emma is a Clinical Psychologist based at the Oxford Centre for Anxiety Disorders and Trauma (University of Oxford) and King’s College London. Emma is a specialist in Anxiety, Social Anxiety and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), she is part of an internationally-renowned research group looking at the efficacy and effectiveness of treatments for anxiety and PTSD.
